Knox students receive outstanding results in the Australian Geography Competition 2021

Senior School students have achieved outstanding results in the Australian Schools Geography Competition 2021.
Across the country, 73,000 students in Years 7 to 12 from 727 schools competed in the competition.
26 students from Knox achieved a place in the top 1% in Australia.
Knox placed 3rd in NSW and 3rd in the country.

It is with great sadness that we share the news of Mr Marsden Carr Hordern’s OAM, VRD, DLitt (Hon) (OKG39) passing. Aged 103, Marsden passed away in Sydney on 17 October 2025. Marsden – student 329 – was Knox Grammar School’s oldest known living Old Boy.
