Knox has been announced as a winner in The Educator's Innovative Schools Awards 2017.
The award acknowledges the School's work to develop innovative academic and pastoral care programs for its students.

Its innovative programs have received both national and international recognition. Knox has developed a Total Fitness model that holistically connects students’ physical, spiritual, social and academic fitness.

In 2025, Knox Grammar and Wahroonga Prep joined the Independent Schools NSW 'Respectful Relationships: Proactive Education' initiative. The program is designed to strengthen a whole-school approach to respectful relationships, helping young people develop the knowledge, skills and dispositions required to build healthy and respectful interactions throughout their lives.

Congratulations to Knox Debating on another outstanding season. Knox retained the CAS Debating Shield for Best Overall School for the sixth consecutive year and claimed the Open Firsts Trophy after an undefeated season.
