FAQ

What are the class sizes?
Class sizes are kept small. The largest class consists of 25 students. It is the school’s endeavour to provide a low fee structure and maintain small class sizes.
How are the classes arranged?
Classes are Pre-School, Early Stage 1 Kinder, Kindergarten, Year1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6. Depending upon enrolment numbers there may be the need to have composite classes. Children are chosen for entry into these classes.
What are the entry points?
Pre-School, Kindergarten and other years if vacancies occur.
Where will my child go after Year 6?
The majority of our students go to other independent schools who have a Year 7 entry. As the majority of independent schools are single sex, parents find being able to maintain a co-educational environment whilst choosing independent education a great alternative.
Are there any scholarships available?
Bursaries are offered to families who may find the fee structure difficult. Parents can at times find themselves in a changed economic situation and need assistance for a short time. Parents must submit an application based on certain criteria to the Principal and School Council.
Are there any enrichment programs?
Yes. There are many activities to choose from:
Chess
Children participate in NSW Chess tournaments. Tuition is given to both rookies and children competing.
Choir
Children are selected for choir. Two groups exist; the Chapel Choir and the Choir.
Basketball
This commences in Year 2 for both girls and boys. Teams are based, where possible on ability and age. Children compete in the local Basketball Association competition on Monday or Wednesday evenings.
Swimming
The school engages the services of the Barker pool and swimming school is held during Term 4 each year.
Drama
Drama is held once a week in Terms 1 & 2 with a concluding production at the end of Term 2.
