Chaplain
The Chaplain’s role at Wahroonga Preparatory school is to offer pastoral care and support to our students and their families in times of need. The Chaplain is also the Minister for St. John’s Wahroonga Uniting Church. Reverend Arthur Pearce is involved in the Religious Education program of the school. He provides instruction in this area to Years 3 to 6 and attends the School Assembly each week to speak to the children.
Each term Reverend Arthur leads the school’s Chapel Services and Special Services held in the Church. The role of the Chaplain is vital in a School which prides itself on its Christian values and ethos. As Chaplain, Reverend Arthur Pearce attends the School’s Council meetings and provides a vital link with the Uniting Church.
